I know I promised (a month ago!) to post more often, but what the hell...life keeps getting in the way.Well, instead of apologizing, I'll simply post a perfect live boot from TP and the Heartbreakers. And I mean perfect, in every way: audio quality, set list (21 songs), even the between-song-banter -- everything is 100% FM broadcast, top bitrate, official-CD-release brilliance.
I love the brand-new TP album, Mojo, but this show has him and the band riding high on Damn the Torpedoes, so "explosive" is the word here, boys!

Great show, really would love the next night at the Hammersmith Odeon (March 7th), which includes a live version of one of my Petty favs, the rarely played "When The Time Comes."
